How it all began
As a young girl I never had the urge to learn to cook. Both my parents made some amazing dishes which were enjoyed by our family and friends at the weekends. After working in retail for 17 years, I gave up work so that I could spend more time with my two young boys. This also gave me the opportunity to do something for myself. I enjoy cooking, so I began to experiment in the kitchen trying out new and exciting dishes much to the delight of my family and friends. I cook with a fusion of Gujarati and Punjabi flavours, therefore some of the dishes may not be familiar but are all delicious!
